Hi, I’m Neathery Falchuk (they/them), and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a therapist, educator, facilitator, and community weaver. I work with individuals, groups, couples, polycules, and collectives to untangle shame, reclaim embodiment, and explore what it means to belong: to ourselves, to each other, and to the world we want to build. My approach lives at the intersection of deep presence and bold disruption. I work alongside queer, trans, fat, neurodivergent, and trauma-impacted folks, supporting the slow and sacred process of returning to one’s own inner knowing. I believe healing is political, relational, and deeply personal.
In therapy, we explore attachment, conflict, grief, pleasure, power, identity, belonging, and the tender truths that live beneath the surface. In groups and trainings, I hold space like a hearth where people feel seen, softened, challenged, and changed. I’m known for cultivating community where people don’t just learn, but remember. Where they feel connected to each other, and to something bigger.
One of my favorite moments? At a conference, I casually raised nearly $5,000 for mutual aid in under an hour. Not because I planned to but because people respond to spaces where they feel safe, inspired, and invited to show up fully. That’s the energy I bring.
People often describe me as grounded, playful, warm, intuitive, and refreshingly real. I lead with presence, clinical skill, and a big open heart. I believe we heal best when we don’t have to perform our pain, when we can laugh through the mess, and when we’re trusted to know our own pace.
Outside of work, I’m a parent to a curious, creative toddler who keeps me delightfully exhausted. I’m usually chasing them through parks, playgrounds, and immersive art exhibits, or sharing a stolen quiet moment with my wife. These days, my coffee is rarely hot, my books are half-finished, and my heart is very full.
I’m white, Latine, queer, trans, fat, Jewish, neurodivergent, raised along the U.S./Mexico border, and shaped by growing up outside the margins of what was expected. These parts of me aren't footnotes. They are the foundation of how I move, how I see, and how I care. Whether you’re here to work together in therapy, learn with me in a training, or co-create something liberatory, I’m so glad our paths are crossing. Come as you are. Let’s begin from there.
