Food connects us. To the earth, to our ancestry, to our bodies, to one another. A mirror for our lives that is both deeply emotional and profoundly physical.

By reinvigorating our connection with our bodies, by noticing our mind as it reacts to food and eating, by unraveling and engaging with the emotions associated with food, we become more balanced & joyful individuals.

We learn to care for ourselves and are able to live life to its fullest capacity.

My nutrition work is not prescriptive or directive. I am interested in listening deeply to your needs, co-creating strategies that work best for your history, personality and lifestyle - all while being your biggest supporter along the way.

I love what I do and I feel very lucky to be able to do it.
